The Anna Hazzard Tent House, 17 Christian Street, Rehoboth Beach. See an original beach cottage of old Rehoboth and tour the museum's latest exhibit (World War II: Rehoboth Beach). After touring the house, participants will drive to the museum at 511 Rehoboth Avenue. $5 for adults, $3-seniors, active duty military, and college students, $2 ages 13-17. Reservations required. Patrick Lomantini, a master stylist from Kansas, has created the event as a means to raise awareness about the plight of homeless and abused animals while raising money for local animal shelters. Anyone wishing to participate in the hair-cut-a-thon can book an appointment at 302-226-1400. The cuts require a minimum donation of $20. Animals available for adoption will also be on hand throughout the day to greet clients. For more information, visit delspca.org.

A skimboarding event organized in memory of Jennifer Brock, who died of lung cancer never having smoked. Skim To Breathe's goal is to raise money for research and awarenss of lung cancer.
